Pumping & Dosing
A variety of pumping principles are available for pumps and dosing systems. Depending on the application and requirements, the suitable system should be chosen.
Pumping and dosing tasks can be found in day-to-day laboratory routine as well as in process and application technology. Starting with simple dosing to complex, continuous and low-pulsation liquid handling of critical media.

d.Drive-PUMP C30 connected to LC/MS
- Use of the pump as an active flow splitter. The pump picks up liquid from the fluid path between the HPLC system and the MS detector.
- Add e.g. Standard for calibration, buffer for pH switch or eluent for e-spray in the fluid path between the HPLC system and MS detector.
Multiple dispenser for preparation of cuvette test reagent mixture
System for in-house production of cuvette test reagent mixture for the determination of chemical oxygen requirement ST-CSB in water and wastewater. For this purpose, three test substances are dosed in different quantities into special reaction/measuring vessels according to a programmable dosing procedure.
Extraction System for Retention Samples
System for collecting 24 hour retention samples from a production line including sensors for safety and redundancy.
